Day-of packages typically begin four to six weeks prior to the wedding and end with on site wedding day management.

“Day of services” also include:
-Supervision Set-up of ceremony and reception sites

-Supervision of all wedding professionals

-Coordination of transportation for the wedding party

-Cuing musicians during the ceremony, reception grand entrance and other announcements

-Proper placement of place cards, wedding favors, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils, setting up the gift table, guest books and other displays

-Coordination with the photographer during the photography session- We make sure your most precious photos are not missed!

-Making sure the gifts are placed in the appropriate vehicle or sent to the right place

We visit the ceremony and reception sites a couple weeks before the wedding to sort out the details with the on-site coordinator. In addition, we allow unlimited email & phone consultations to accommodate any questions the bride or groom may have.   On the day of the wedding, we arrive at the wedding site (4 to 5 hrs earlier) to direct and cue all vendors, make final payments when necessary, and come to the aid of any wedding day emergencies so that the bride and groom can relax as much as possible and enjoy their special day!
